The second day was our Cervical and Endometrial Cancer day. We had live surgeries in the area of Sentinel Node, Radical Hysterectomy, Nerve-Sparing Techniques, ICG Techniques, Perioperative Management and Exenteration.
It was very exciting to see the how the treatment decisions are making processes. We had interesting debates and exclusive presentations: for example for the very first time in Germany the trial RUBY done by ENGOT with chemotherapy and Dostarlimab checkpoint inhibitions with huge improvements in progression-free and overall-survival and the wish to be much more agnostic-holistic in the treatment of endometrial cancer.
We also had a master course in Breast Surgery (Surgical and Topographic Anatomy) with excellent speakers like Prof. Fabien Reyal, Dr. Stefan Paepke and Dr. Oumar Camara.
And in the evening we had a honorary event for Prof. Werner Lichtenegger: Berlin, Graz, Rochester, Tokio – The Global Dialogue.
